TERMITE CONTROL SERVICES:
There are two kinds of homes: those with termites and those that will eventually have them!
Termites are tough, determined and highly efficient. According to the National Pest Management Association, termites cause millions of dollars in damage to homes in the United States every year. Subterranean termites live in colonies below the soil surface. Termites are constantly foraging for cellulose-containing material to eat. Unfortunately, t ermites can't distinguish between the wood in your home and the wood in the forest.
It's important to remember that just because you've never seen termites in your home, it doesn't mean your home is termite-free. Termites use mud to construct tube-like passageways leading from their colony in the soil to the wood in your home. Termites often feed below the surface of wood, so the vast majority of their work is invisible.
Our inspectors are trained to evaluate the unique construction and environmental conditions present at your home. Based on a careful inspection, your inspector will create a termite management plan tailor-made for your home’s specific needs.
Selecting a Termite Control Program

Termites are among the most destructive pests in the world. Fortunately, top researchers have developed increasingly sophisticated technologies to deal with them. Today, there are two primary control options: Conventional treatments and Bait systems. We offer both options so that you can chose the method that is best for you.
Conventional Treatments
A conventional treatment works by creating a termiticide-treated zone in the soil around the foundation of your structure. This acts on termites as they attempt to enter your home from the soil and can eliminate a problem within days of the treatment. This fast acting method can prevent further damage to the structure so repairs can be made, if needed, soon after the treatment.
Bait System
The Baiting System works by placing monitoring stations around the foundation of the structure. Once termites are found in the stations, a slow acting insecticide is introduced to the station. The baiting method is designed to control or eliminate the entire termite colony, targeting the source of the problem.
The Right Program for YouChoosing a termite control program is based on a variety of factors including environmental, structural and treatment considerations. Because each customer has unique needs and considerations, we offer two distinct and effective methods. Ask your inspector what method is right for you. Our goal is to provide the treatment that works best for your home.
